We are looking to hire an Highly motivated, experienced and customer oriented tele sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
The tele sales executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our services where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an record of all calls made and received. And identify and address customer issues, working with other departments to find solutions
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
- Required skills and qualifications
High school
Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role- knowledge of working with MS Office
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
