3 Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
4 Presenting, Convincing & Sale Domestic & International tour Package to Clients.
5 Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
6 Managing all the bookings for the client Making sales or recommendations for products orservices that may best suit customer's needs.
7 Advise the customer about the destination related to climate, culture, tickets and accomo-dation, securing rental transportation etc.
8 Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
9 Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
10 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
11 Payment collection & Reminder to all hot prospect
12 Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
