Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell company products or services
Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and stay updated on new products or services
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product information
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Utilize sales scripts effectively while personalizing the approach for each customer
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve sales strategies
