As a Telesales Executive at Trustudies, your role will be vital in promoting and selling our tutoring services to potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, including parents and guardians of students in grades 4 to 10.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Trustudies tutoring services to potential customers.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of each customer and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
- Provide detailed information about Trustudies tutoring programs, curriculum, teaching methodologies, and pricing plans.
- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about Trustudies services.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Trustudies tutoring services and stay updated with any changes or new offerings.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape in the ed tech industry and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and self-development.
