Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for handling leads through various marketing activities, making outbound calls, attending in-bound calls and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Calls and Messages: Attend in-bound calls and messages received through various marketing activities to resolve customer queries and sell products or services.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell company products or services.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  6. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone or via virtual meetings.
  7. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
  8. Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  2. Education: Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  4. Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and solve problems creatively and effectively.
  9. Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  10. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
