As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for handling leads through various marketing activities, making outbound calls, attending in-bound calls and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calls and Messages: Attend in-bound calls and messages received through various marketing activities to resolve customer queries and sell products or services.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell company products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone or via virtual meetings.
- Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
