Responsibilities:
- Generate the leads and Call the leads.
- Scheduling/Fixing appointments
- Fulfilling first meetings
- Follow-ups
- Do payment collection calls from the clients
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Should Have Experience in Sales Support,
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Tele calling in IT industry Experience is an added advantage.
- Target Oriented
Experience:
- Fresher and Experience both can apply.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Justdial, IndiaMart, TradeIndia platforms is an advantage.
