Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at The Dollar Business. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires a Junior level of experience with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or related sales roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of B2B sales, international sales, and domestic sales
  • Experience in inside sales, cold calling, and the sales process
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell our software technology products and services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for sales meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
