Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele sales Executive to join our team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in tele sales within the solar sector. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our solar products and solutions, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Present and explain solar products and solutions to potential customers over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and handle objections.
- Update and manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of customers from telesales to field sales when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales within the solar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
