Key Responsibilities

For Telesales Executive:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell astrology courses.
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements to effectively recommend courses.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about course features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of astrology courses to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

For Business Development Executive

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our astrology courses.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the astrology education sector to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Profile

Requirements
