Job Description

Skills Required:-

  • Experience and freshers both are applicable for this, no graduation needed.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate over the phone, including active listening and effective questioning.

  • Strong Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Capable of convincing potential clients to buy or commit to products/services.

  • High Energy and Motivation: Ability to maintain enthusiasm and drive through repetitive tasks and potential rejections.

  • Resilience and Stress Management: Skill in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately record and manage customer information and interactions.

  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time to meet call quotas and follow up on leads effectively.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships face-to-face with clients and prospects.

  • Driving and Travel Skills: Willingness and ability to travel to client locations and navigate various areas efficiently.

  • Presentation and Demo Skills: Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations that resonate with potential clients.
