Responsibilities And Duties
- 1+ year of US Calling experience in a sales process (exceptional)
- Ability to work in night shift
- Comfortable doing sales of top US clients
- Work with end customers and provide them with service and support
- Meet targets assigned by the team lead
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by the team lead
- Strictly adhere to norms set by the company which pertain to customer handling, leads management, security management etc.
