Roles & Responsibilities

- Take inbound customer calls and convert them into bookings

- Maintain relationship with customers

- Act as a point of contact for the customer throughout his stay at the vacation home

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu
• Candidate should be sharp enough to understand customer preferences and suggest relevant options in a short span
• Candidate should have a positive attitude and should be flexible
