LMSBaba.com is a sales management application that automates lead capture, distribution, and engagement for sales teams. The application helps businesses improve conversion rates and productivity by organizing and automating the sales process. LMS Baba is located in Bengaluru.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at LMSBaba.com in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for tasks such as communication with customers, lead generation, customer support, and sales activities. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to engage and convert prospective buyers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service and customer support experience
  • Proven track record in lead generation
  • Experience in sales, including handling objections and closing deals
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the product or industry being sold
  • Any Graduation is a must
  • Previous Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales is Preferred

Package

  • CTC : 3.6L to 4.8L Per annum
