Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Kudlu, Bengaluru/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BFSI domain and possess excellent communication skills in English and any regional language.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.
• Maintain a database of customer information and sales leads.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Education: PUC / Degree
• Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in any BFSI domain (Insurance, Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Collections)
• Languages: English (Mandatory) and any other regional languages
• Age Limit: 18-30 years

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 19,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive incentives based on performance
