Job Summary:
You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and
services offered by clients. You'll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through
excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client
conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Madurai earlier.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Firstly, you'll work as individual contributor,
Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Madurai clients using
telephonic and/or video conversations- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from client,
Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
- Prompt resolution of Tamil Nadu client complaints,
Assist the Madurai field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by
systematic follow up & time bound closures- Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
Qualification:- Any Graduate / Post graduate candidates can apply.
Good if I have 6+ months of experience in the field of TeleSales, Telemarketing.
- Basic computer skills and software knowledge of MS office,
Moreover, able to talk on phone with ease and confidence,- In addition, you should be confident and friendly with customers.
