Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with event organizers to promote Sulekha's Event Success Platform.
• Offer unlimited consultation on event planning, marketing, ticketing, and audience engagement to ensure event success.
• Understand organizers needs and tailor solutions to address their challenges.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with event organizers.
• Identify and unlock revenue opportunities by offering our services as a key component of their success strategy.
• Actively negotiate contracts and close deals with organizers to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and support) to deliver seamless service to clients.
• Work during US hours to engage with North American event organizers.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, event management, or consultation, preferably in the events/ticketing industry.
• Strong understanding of event organization, promotion, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US hours (night shifts for candidates based in India).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
