Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through cold calling and tele calling activities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and tele calling to generate leads and drive sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good knowledge of IT services and products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
• Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Awareness of software and software sales.
• Ability to demonstrate software and guide customers on its usage.
• Good listener and problem solver.

Salary:

Salary offered for this position is up to INR 12,000 per month.
