Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at JustForPay. This is a full-time position based in South Delhi, Faridabad, perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and offering our services. This role is ideal for those looking to begin their career in sales within a trusted IT services organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill): Must be able to convey information effectively and engage with clients persuasively over the phone.
  • Negotiation skills (Mandatory skill): Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and company standards.
  • Customer service orientation (Mandatory skill): A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Sales acumen: Proficiency in identifying and maximizing sales opportunities by understanding the customer's needs and the market.
  • Ability to handle objections: Competence in addressing and overcoming objections during sales pitches to persuade potential customers.
  • Persistence: Consistently following up with potential leads and not easily discouraged by rejections or challenging customers.
  • Product knowledge: Understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively address customer queries and suggest suitable options.
  • Time management: Efficiently organizing time and tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers through calls to introduce and promote JustForPay's services and solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initiation to closure, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and developments to provide current and relevant information to customers.
  • Receive feedback from customers and relay any issues or potential improvements to the management team for product enhancement.
