- Telecaller Skills And Responsibilities:
Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
Acquiring and retaining contact information databases- Must have good English verbal and written skills
Ability to listen and solve problems
- Must have knowledge of IT services or have IT background
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
