We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- 100 -150 calls to be make in a day.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Answering calls and resolving queries.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Skills.
- Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaint.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Should have capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
- Ability to listen and solve problems.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
