- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telesales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a crucial role in promoting our wedding photography, film production, and business content production services to prospective clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, through sales strategies.
- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to introduce our wedding photography, films production, and content services, understanding client needs and pitching tailored solutions.
Sales Conversion:
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and convert leads into sales.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including calls made, sales closed, and client interactions, using CRM software.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project delivery.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales role, preferably in the wedding photography, film production, or content creation industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A passion for photography, videography, or the creative industry is a plus.
