Job Title: Telesales Executive Holiday Sales

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Work Timing: 2.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Note: Candidate should be flexible to work between 10 AM to 6 PM if needed

Joining: Candidate should join us with in a week to 10 days of final selection

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or graduate (any stream/specialisation)

Experience: Fresher to maximum 3 Yrs experience only

Should be good at English and Hindi

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team and promote our exciting holiday packages over the phone.

You'll play a crucial role in helping customers plan their perfect vacations while enjoying unique perks, including an onboarding trip and the opportunity to travel the world!

A passion for travel and an interest in learning about holiday destinations.

Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential Indian customers to promote and sell holiday packages.

Provide detailed information about various destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.

Communicate the benefits and features of our holiday packages/stays persuasively to customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Follow up with interested customers, answer their queries, and handle objections.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting compelling offers and closing sales.

Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

Stay updated with the latest holiday deals, destinations, and travel trends to effectively promote our offerings.
