We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, foster relationships, and drive sales. The role requires learning industry-specific processes and scripts, so we seek a quick learner who is adaptable and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should have a keen ability to assess client needs, engage effectively over the phone, and generate leads to achieve sales targets within the PEB industry.
Responsibilities
a. Memorize and tailor Tele Sales scripts specifically for PEB clients, adapting the approach based on each client's needs.
b. Establish and strengthen relationships with existing clients and build a rapport with potential clients within the construction and building materials sector.
c. Document call details, including customer needs and feedback, and compile reports based on these conversations.
d. Analyze call data and observations and report them to the team lead to inform sales strategy.
e. Adhere to company guidelines, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
f. Generate leads and sales by making cold calls to potential, existing, or past clients within the PEB sector.
