Job Description

Role: Tele sales Executive

Experience: 0-2 Yrs

Location: Trivandrum

Notice Period: Immediate

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
  • Lead Conversion: Skillfully engage potential customers over the phone, delivering persuasive sales pitches and addressing their queries effectively to convert leads into sales and admissions.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Incentive Earning: Be motivated by the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance
  • Review and Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Education: Plus Two and above
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
