We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, handling sales inquiries, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Provide detailed information about products and services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Sales Process:
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure sales targets are met.
Direct prospects to the field sales team or relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle customer complaints and objections in a professional manner to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
