- Job Overview: As a TeleSales Executive , you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and facilitating loans through our ML platform. You will engage with potential clients, educate them about our products, and convert leads into active borrowers. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, customer relationship management, and a solid understanding of financial products.
Actively prospect and acquire new merchants for the Merchant Lending (ML) platform.- Conduct outbound calls and visits to potential clients to present our ML products and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely processing of loan applications.- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry.- Prior BPO experience of 5-6 months is advantageous.
Graduation (any discipline) is required.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Competitive salary structure ranging from 25,000 CTC to 29,000 CTC per month.
