PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Looking for a result-driven team member to be responsible for achieve the organizations objectives and increase sales through Digital Process
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should have the zeal in achieving targets & selling financial products
Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle)
An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications 10+2, Any Graduate
Years of Experience Minimum of 1+years of experience in Telesales/BPO
Excellent communication skills.
Confidence and with strong negotiating skills.
Computer literate.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
Additional Skill Required Good command on English & Tamil(Chennai)Telugu(Hyderabad)
