About the Role

The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Creature Industry's customer base by engaging potential clients and providing information on our machinery products and services. This role involves reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business goals. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and skilled at building customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Creature Industry's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide solutions that align with their business requirements.
  • Effectively present product benefits, features, and offers to generate interest and encourage purchase.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads by following up on previous interactions and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of Creature Industry's product offerings and industry trends to provide better service.

Qualifications

  • 12th, diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales or the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Creature Industry's product line or familiarity with food processing machinery is a plus.
