Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Career Kendra, a leading staffing company based in Delhi. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone etiquette
• Good knowledge of IT and Non IT industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers and introduce our staffing services
• Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through outbound calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings

• Graduation / Undergraduate
