Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Career Kendra. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Delhi.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Strong persuasive and closing abilities
- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment industry is a plus
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
Roles And Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and convert them into qualified leads
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote our recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
