Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and a genuine interest in photography. As a Telesales Executive at Raika Photography, you will be pivotal in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients via telephone and introducing them to our unique photography services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various phone calls, to understand their photography needs and preferences.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to assess clients requirements and recommend suitable newborn, baby, or maternity photography packages tailored to their preferences and budget.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Raika Photography's services, packages, pricing, and offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to booking.

Requirements:

*Candidates should have tele calling or sales experience.

*Candidates should have excellent communication.

*Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented

*Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
