Telesales Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various phone calls, to understand their photography needs and preferences.

Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to assess clients requirements and recommend suitable newborn, baby, or maternity photography packages tailored to their preferences and budget. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Raika Photography's services, packages, pricing, and offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to booking.
