Telesales Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and a genuine interest in photography. As a Telesales Executive at Raika Photography, you will be pivotal in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients via telephone and introducing them to our unique photography services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Raika Photography's services.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Clearly and effectively communicate Raika Photography's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A passion for photography and an understanding of photography services is a definite plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
