Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will:
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media
to identify and qualify potential leads.
Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, effectively
communicating the unique value proposition of our products/services.
Maintain meticulous records of leads, activities, and opportunities in our CRM
system.
Provide valuable insights and customer feedback to refine and optimise sales
approaches.
Exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey product/service value propositions effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and
collaboratively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Perks: Monthly incentive is contingent upon the fulfillment of KPIs.
Job Timings: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Monday - Friday)
