Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or database.
Introduce company products or services to prospects over the phone.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
