Job Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our team at ABD Group. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation techniques
• Contact potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our properties and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Follow up with customers to answer their queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals
