The Role
- Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
- Pitching Products or Services: Presenting products or services to prospects over the phone.
- Explaining Features and Benefits: Describing the features, advantages, and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections that potential customers may have.
- Recording Sales and Call Information: Entering and updating customer information and sales activities into a computer system or database.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
