We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales coordinator to join our dynamic sales and customer service team. Telesales coordinator are the first point of contact for our customers and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships. Job Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calls:Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from interested prospects or existing clients.
2. Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
3. Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products and services.
4. Lead Generation:Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
5. Sales Conversions:Convert leads into sales by explaining product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
6. Data Entry:Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Follow-Up:Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and nurture existing client relationships.
Requirements:
1. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and clear speaking voice.
2. Customer Focus:Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers.
3. Patience:Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
