Job description:
This position requires the liaison between our company and its potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively helping customers to sell their vehicle to Everi and handle their inquiries and queries. And work in close coordination with Business teams, Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Detailed Responsibilities.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Determining qualified leads
Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information.
Communicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles
Understanding and promoting the company's products and services
Working with the company's software to logcustomer interactionsand maintaining customer records.
Seize opportunities to convince customer for our services.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Coordinating with sales, purchase and marketing team for customer deal closure, customer feedback.
Preparing pricing plans, quotations.
Meeting sales goals weekly sales goals, monthly goals, etc.
Adhering to company guidelines
Key Competencies:
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English and local language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
