Overview:
As a Sales Process Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our organization. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Address queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Sales Pitch and Conversion:Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers.
- Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Product Knowledge:Stay updated on our product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Be able to address customer questions related to product specifications.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Strive for high-quality interactions with customers.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues from different departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve common goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a sales process or call center is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: 1.80 LPA to 2.5 LPA
- Day shifts only.
