2. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and other appropriate channels. Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients for follow-up and future reference.
3. Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their investment needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to offer suitable investment solutions.
4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the investment products and services offered by the company. Stay updated with the latest market trends and investment opportunities.
5. Build rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships. Follow up with interested prospects to address their queries and concerns.
6. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets. Strive to meet or exceed the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including details of calls, inquiries, and feedback. Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
