Telemarketing Specialist

M1xchange is India's leading RBI-licensed TReDS platform that connects corporates & MSMEs to Banks/NBFCs. The platform facilitates fast & secure digital marketplace transactions for bill discounting, providing MSMEs with greater access to finance at competitive rates without collateral. Transactions happen digitally, enabling timely payments to MSMEs.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist at M1xchange in Gurugram. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales activities, focusing on connecting corporates and MSMEs with banks/NBFCs through the TReDS platform.
