Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telemarketing Specialist at Dc Finance located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales tasks. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Ahmedabad but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with telemarketing or sales is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Everyone can apply 10-12 pass students too
