Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, customer service, and sales activities, helping drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our loan products, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up with prospects.
Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth loan application process.
Sales Activities: Present and explain financial products effectively, converting leads into customers and meeting sales targets.
Effective Communication: Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, providing clear and accurate information about our products.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial products and services to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is desirable.
Skills:
Strong lead generation and sales skills.
Excellent customer service and support abilities.
Confident communicator with a persuasive approach.
Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
