• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in conversations to promote our products and services
• Assess the needs of customers and provide suitable solutions to enhance their business
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information about competitor offerings
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
