Responsibilities:
Telemarketing:
Proactively contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and sales
Build strong relationships with customers and identify their needs
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with sales representatives
Customer Handling:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
Provide product and service information to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
Any Degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
