Complaint resolution and customer care.
- Make telephone calls to prospects
Generate leads to develop business from different sources
- Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details to understand customer requirements, A good command of account profiling and a proven ability to navigate to key contacts
Follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion- Maintain customerpotential customer data base
Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Regularly update the Business Development with customer issues
Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.
Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Competencies Skill Requirements- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
Ability to think through a business both strategically and operationally
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
Ability to handle pressure.- Good MS Office knowledge.
Any Industry Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
