We are looking for a telemarketing executive to join our vibrant team . Telemarketing Executive would be the first point of contact for all sales leads at North Wind Architects. He/She will be responsible for dialing and churning leads in the system from various marketing campaigns.
- Candidate would be responsible to achieve punctual client calls, maintain a good turnaround time, and to coordinate with the sales team with respect to the Client meetings.
- You will become an integral part of the Sales Team and would focus on providing all key details to the client & properly qualify them before handing over to the sales team, from the very first call.
- Understand proper placement of the North Wind Architects product & maintain proper perspective.
- Well spoken & proper telephone etiquettes.
- Leads should not be left to stale beyond a quarter of the year & all leads must be dialed 7 times before it goes in the reject bucket.
- Understand the lead quality & update the Reporting Manager on the behaviour of marketing campaigns.
