Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our products/services through effective telephone sales and relationship-building.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:

    Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in both English and Hindi.

    Present products/services persuasively, emphasizing key benefits.

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.

    Gather and record accurate lead information for follow-up.

  • Product/Service Knowledge:

    Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries.

    Communicate product features and benefits in both languages.

  • Relationship Building:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

    Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Sales Targets:

    Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through successful telemarketing efforts.

    Document and report sales progress regularly.

  • Data Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.

    Record call details, including outcomes and follow-up actions.

  • Feedback and Improvement:

    Provide feedback to the sales team and management for continuous improvement.

    Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or telemarketing training is a plus.

  • Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.

  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
