Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Caller. As a Telemarketing Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convince them of the value proposition of our offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address any concerns or objections.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and overcome objections to close sales or generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer sentiments, market insights, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a bonus.

Pay: 8,
  • 00 - 28,506.30 per month
